ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Julia Baer and I am a sophomore at Keene State. I’m from Hopkinton NH, near Concord. I am currently a graphic design major and a music minor. In my free time I love playing music, whether in ensembles at Keene State or with friends. Also, I love painting & creating art, hiking, and being outdoors. I chose graphic design because I have always been interested in art and design and wanted to find a career that would incorporate those interests. I like graphic design because of the wide variety of career possibilities in the field- I find myself the most drawn to designing posters, logos, or package design. Also, I like the idea of working for myself or remotely, and that would ultimately be my goal

I have one brother, Mike, who was doing an exchange year in New Mexico and I went to visit him.
This was us on a trail that ran along a bunch of Native American ruins.

My favorite item is my D'angelico Excel DC. I just bought this one last year, and it's super pristine even though it was used.

My favorite activity is playing guitar, and this picture is from last semester's KSC jazz emsemble concert.
